Under the project title of Gore Tech, George Liam Flett has spent the last 10 years ferociously cold-welding together the rough edges of techno-phobic state-of-the-art sonic environments from the shadows helping to create a very unique breed of electronic music for the futurphobic.
Flett has signed work including the pressing of a number of vinyl releases, albums, EP and remixes for labels
such as Peace Off, Ad Noiseam, PRSPCT Recordings and Murder Channel throughout his time as a producer
he’s also worked on sound design projects for bands such as Anaal Nathrakh on their releases for Metal Blade Recordings.
Performing live at notable events such as: Maschinenfest (Oberhausen) Let It Roll (Bratislava) PRSPCT XL (Rotterdam) Breakcore Gives Me Wood (Ghent) Massacore (Beruit) Bangface / Bangface Weekender (London) Norberg Festival (Nr Stockholm) and Subland’s very own Burn The Machine Festival (Berlin) also performing as part of agency events hosted by Methlab, Therapy Sessions and Varispeed.
Performing bespoke VIP laden live performances using industry software demonstrated in the hugely successful Mainframe Warfare mix series released annually as a showcase of performance technique.
in early 2016 Flett teamed up with label mates, Joseph Brindle (Krafty PK – Unjustified Records / Operation Soundsystem) and Todd Robinson (Earache Records / Noize-Tek / Endtyme) to launch their own imprint Exe-Project to showcase the largely Manchester-based electronic music subcultures through the medium of releases, mixes, podcasts and events coming from their hometown.
